IQ Thread

People. Machines. One connected system.

IQ Thread is the AI factory intelligence system. It brings maintenance, production, machine data, and your team’s know-how into one place, so planners, operators, and maintenance all work from the same thread. Ask IQ answers questions from what your team already knows.

Why IQ Thread

Maintenance, production, and know-how. One system.

Maintain equipment

Work orders, a Kanban board, preventive maintenance, assets, spare parts, and purchasing — a full CMMS.

Plan production

Jobs, dispatch queues, and drag-and-drop scheduling. Operators start, pause, and finish jobs and log good and scrap counts.

Connect machines

Live sensor data and machine counters flow in over MQTT, with automatic alerts when a machine starts acting differently.

Track performance

OEE boards, plant dashboards, and reliability analysis show where time and output are being lost.

Capture what your team knows

Manuals and past fixes become searchable, so knowledge stays when people retire or move on.

Ask IQ

Ask a question in plain language — in many languages — and get an answer with sources from your own data.

How it works

Every role, one thread.

Each person gets an app built for their job, and every app works from the same machines, jobs, and history. A problem an operator reports at the machine shows up on the maintenance board. A repair that’s holding up a job shows up on the planner’s schedule.

  • Planners and leads: schedule production around machine and maintenance limits
  • Operators: run jobs, record output and downtime, and report problems, in their own language
  • Maintenance: triage work, plan PMs, and manage assets and spares

Ask IQ

“Why did Haas 4 slow down last night?”

Ask IQ answers from your machine data, work-order history, and manuals, and shows where each answer came from. Every closed work order adds to what it knows, so the next person who sees that fault gets the fix in seconds. It pairs naturally with SHARC and DIME to bring more machines into the thread.

  • Answers with sources, not guesses
  • Learns from every closed work order
  • Cloud-hosted, or installed on-site

FAQ

IQ Thread, answered.

What is IQ Thread?

IQ Thread is an AI factory intelligence system. It combines maintenance management (CMMS), production tracking (MES), machine data, and your team’s knowledge in one place, with an AI assistant, Ask IQ, that answers questions from all of it.

Who is it for?

Manufacturers. Planners and leads schedule production, operators run jobs and report problems at the machine, and maintenance teams plan and track repairs — all from the same system.

What does Ask IQ answer from?

Your own data: machine readings, work-order history, past fixes, and the manuals you upload. Each answer shows its sources, so your team can check it.

Does it connect to my machines?

Yes. IQ Thread takes live sensor data and machine counters over MQTT. Pair it with SHARC or DIME to connect older equipment and almost any controller.

Can operators use it in their own language?

Yes. The operator app supports translation, including right-to-left languages, and Ask IQ answers in many languages.

Is it cloud or on-site?

Either. IQ Thread runs as a hosted cloud service, or it can be installed on-site for plants that need to keep data inside the building.
