Critical Packaging Line Improvements

Short-term project yielding a massive 40% OEE improvement and $60,000 YOY of waste eliminated. Project scope included Oracle JD Edwards integration, Cognex scanners upgrade, Sato print and apply replacement, and Advantech IPC and OS upgrade. Data collection and analysis allowed us to identify and remove waste, resulting in a more efficient process.

Mobile Data Collection

Design, development, and rollout of 300+ managed handheld computers with a responsive web interface. Custom built ASP.NET MVC solution integrated into multiple ERP systems for real-time receiving to fulfillment transaction processing. Solution replaced 80% of legacy desktop applications.
